Whats worse...

The panty wastes....at least we know the others will troll themselves into getting banned.

Cam could run up and hand the ball off to the DB and some cry babies on here would be trying to pin it on the OL, WR, or some such.

IMAGINE IF CAM HAD A REAL COACHING STAFF...THEN HE WOULDN'T BE FORCED TO HAND THE BALL OFF TO THE DB!

I'm not a Cam apologist, and I directly hang a few of our losses directly on him (Atl and Sea last year for example), but suggesting we suggesting we trade him for a 6-pack and a Maxim is just asinine...

It's the job of the coaching staff to construct a plan that plays to the strength of your team...  That simply isn't happening right now...

There's only real rule here at the Huddle:  Never suggest that Cam might not be our QB of the future.

I think it's fair to suggest that he may not be the future, but to do so out of HuddlePanic is short sighted...  Suggesting selling low on him right now puts the team in full blown rebuilding mode, IMHO, when we have enough talent to compete week in and week out, provided the game plan allows the team to play to their respective strengths...

The handful of guys on here saying Cam is a bust or the more than a handful of panty wastes on here crying about it and assuming its the opinion of most people.

I say they are equally as worthless.

Why pick one?  Both sides of the coin are infuriating and far too loud.

Some people need to someone to follow them around with a rolled up newspaper and whack them on the nose whenever they have an idea for something to say...

The absolute worst is the fact Cam is regressing and not improving in his third year and a team/organization/management full of supposed professional football experts have yet to design an offense that exploits his raw athletic ability. Virtually every statistical category is going in the wrong direction and has been since his rookie season.

If Cam were a 35 year old QB we'd all be saying he's done. His sliding performances are eerily similar to the end of Jake's tenure in Carolina... except that Cam hasn't endured a major surgery, isn't 35 years old and is still trying to learn the game.

What's worse? The simple fact this team cannot, or will not, find a QB guru who can connect with Cam Newton and effectively design an offense that will allow him to do what he does best. And into his third season, does anyone want to discuss why this team has failed to or is simply refusing to get him any coaching help?

    • You making fun of or not realizing how important that actually is leads me to believe you don’t have either of those assets and are subconsciously upset about it, or you’ve never been in a position to be a leader and thus you don’t value good leadership which Bryce oozes with.
    • I said this last night to family. You can look at Bryce as not a “strong and physical” presence and that’s not going to change on you can look at it, that this guy has the type of skillset that sets him up to only get better for the next 5-7 years every year. He’s not going to know less about the game next year than this year. His timing will be better, his pocket presence better (even though the guy works around a pocket amazingly in my opinion), everything is just going to improve every year and I believed he’s already proved the doubters wrong other than nut huggers on here who just want a big strong man to drool over.
    • The Seahawks won an emotional, divisional, overtime rivalry game vs the Rams on a Thursday night (Dec 18).  That gives them 10 days to prepare for the Panthers, but the Christmas holiday fell a week later--I bet they were afforded an extra day for travel-many coming back east.  Following the Panthers, Seattle plays at San Francisco for the division title (in all probability).   The Rams finish the season with games against the Falcons and Cardinals, two likely wins, pushing them to 13-4.  The Niners finish the season with home games against the Bears and Seahawks. Seattle finishes the season with the Panthers on the road and SF in California.   It is easy to see how preparing for the Panthers, during the holiday break and with the Niners waiting for them in SF a week later for (what could be) the NFC West title and #1 Seed in the NFC, could create the perfect trap game scenario.  The Panthers at home are 5-2.   In the past 2 weeks, the Seahawks struggled to beat the Phillip Rivers Colts in Seattle and then pulled off a miraculous, emotional victory at home vs. the Rams.  I am not convinced that they are as good as advertised. Seattle is a TD favorite in Charlotte.  I feel that Carolina by 3 may be more accurate.  While I am still not confident in this team's consistency and it never seems to dominate, it sure feels like a trap game for Seattle to me.  How could they NOT be thinking of San Francisco right now?  They are not used to being in this position (current players) and it is human nature.  Carolina 27, Seattle 24.
