I guess by the look of the comments at the AJC, the falcons new stadium price tag is not going over too well....makes the 87 million in upgrades at BoA look like chump change...cost now are "estimated" at 1.2 Billion. I suppose "Rise Up" refers also to the price tag of the ghetto chickens new diggs.
