Breakfast.............6 eggs scrambled.............and a cup of oats with half cup of raisins and walnuts.

 

Lunch ..........chicken breast with a plate of mixed veggies and long grain brown rice.

 

Dinner.............can of tuna fish/water with a plate of mixed veggies and long grain brown rice.

 

Still eating for maximizing lean muscle mass from training over 40 years...............
