This quite scares me... We have 2 out of our next 4 games against Drew Brees and the Saints coming up.. Davis IMHO was a complete FAIL against Vereen in the screen pass game.. This was a big part of New England's successful drives.. Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints will recognize this, as thud love to throw screen plays to Sproles... We need an answer for this and quickly!!!

patriots offense with tom brady is arguably the most deadly in the history of the universe and we still held them to 20 points. davis was a tremendous part of that.

HAHAHAHAHA. NO. The bigger issue in this game defensively was our defenders not wrapping up RB's inside the tackle box...plain and simple this was the weak spot in the D tonight...we did not tackle... 58 had 17.....soooooooooo he was doing his job.

I'm not sure how much of it was Davis's coverage.. It was more the scheme we were playing and Brady just being smart enough to take what we were giving him.

wtf TD coverage was good, lukes was a little shaky but overall a very good game played by our d, they held Tom Brady to some field goals when it really mattered

 

 

 

also looks like he was playing a zone where he watches brady's eyes

We really can't sit here and call out TD because we don't understand the scheme. If TD was doing what he was coached to do than the blame falls on the coaches. We did leave everything in front of us wide open and Tom Brady took advantage. We also had some penalties and non penalties cost us dearly.

The off coverage on 3rd and short was driving me nuts but Ron/Mike did a great job taking time off the clock at the end of the game which negated the dink and dunk.

17 tackles and God knows how many plays where he was in the neighborhood...I'll give him a pass on everything else that may have been subpar. Besides, nobody is more professional than TD. He'll watch film, and he'll get any deficiencies fixed. That's how he rolls.

Yeah I don't get it. This patriots team just put up 50 plus points and had 2 weeks to gameplan. Also the first time this season that the Pats had all of their offensive weapons.

Defensive did their job. Pats were 2/5 for TDs in the red zone and came up a huge turnover on the Ridley fumble.
