Kubiak fired as Texans HC - Should we be worried?

Gary Kubiak became the first HC to be fired this year and according to Schefter:

Texans HC search is underway and team owner Bob McNair said some of candidates are working with teams.

 

So let's get the ball rolling now the heads have done the same, do you think one of our coordinators, i'm thinking McDermott especially could be poached by an orginzation as HC like Chud was last year? and do you feel like they deserve it?

I wouldn't assume that every coordinator in football wants to be a HC.

There aren't going to be a ton of jobs available at the end of the year anyway. Lovie is going to Houston. The Raiders won't fire Allen, the Vikings won't fire Frazier, and I haven't really heard of any other coach rumored to be fired. I could see SMD or Shula going back to the college game, but it would be for a shitty program.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, but neither are anywhere near ready to be hired as a HC.  I was shocked when the Browns hired Chud as a HC after just two years as an OC.  But, they're the Browns.  What else can you say?
