Ticket warning!

NFL Ticket Exchange has a few tickets as low as $80 last I checked. Just got mine (section 538, row 5).

Most of the seats aren't as good as that (actually, none of them are, as far as I can tell. Didn't check the away sideline seats though). Most are corner or endzone uppers, anywhere from row 1A to row 25, and if it is more than one seat, it doesn't let you buy a selected quantity, only the displayed quantity (so you might have to buy 4 tickets at that price each and get 3 people to pay you to go).

Prices will likely continue to drop into the night tonight. You may be able to hold out until late tonight/early tomorrow and get a ticket. I checked a couple of days ago and none of these tickets were lower than like, $125. So, if you're up for being patient, go for it. I jumped on a good deal while I had the chance.

Figured I'd let you know the ticket situation for those interested.

EDIT: As of 1:19 PM EST, there are only 1,343 tickets available on the Ticket Exchange. About 30 of them are below $100 and are single seats, 2 seats, or it gives you the option to pick the quantity (one has 25 options....isn't that like, an entire row?)

So, assuming all the sold tickets show up, this place is gonna be sold out and packed out. I imagine by kickoff, that number will be lower than 1,000.

Stoked for a sold-out stadium and the energy.  Haven't been to a game since the opener against Seattle, but a friend hooked up some seats for me yesterday in 206 for $125/ea.  Can't wait to hit the tailgate, watch us do our thing and have Charlotte rocking all weekend.  Between the Hornets logo release tonight against the Jazz, and their amazing game last night, it's a great weekend for Queen City sports.

Have fun and enjoy it.  Stay there in the rain, cheer and scream the whole time.  Stay the entire game and do not leave until the clock says 0:00... no matter what.

Go Panthers!!

Rock this house.....  I am counting on all of you that are going to hold those of us that cannot be there.

This is killing me.  I would love to be at this game.   I was at the Tampa game 2 years ago when Cam had his epic run against the Bucs and we trounced them.  What a great time of year to go to a game.

I will be listening and have the volume cranked up for this game.

    • Facts it's still crazy that they made him sell over that especially considering what some of the other owners have done.  JR was a rich 80 year old white man from the south I'm not at all surprised about him making some "inappropriate" comments about what a woman is wearing water is wet what a surprise. That's just the way things were done during his time, and he should and did get punished for his actions by paying some hefty fines, but it definitely wasn't something that he should've been forced to sell his team over.  I'll never forget him insulting Peyton Manning during a negotiation, reportedly belittling the quarterback’s knowledge of player safety and asking, “Do I need to help you read a revenue chart, son?
    • Like many of the old heads, I’ve been here for a long time.  I got a lot of respect for everyone on this board for your dedication to this team.  We’ve all been through it during the tougher years. At this point in life, I’m not one to judge anyone’s level of dedication, or their reasons why anymore.  Time, and a lot of bad football, will do that.  For me, it’s simple.  We share a common bond.  For that, I love and appreciate all of you crazy SOB’s. For me, last season was at a minimum, entertaining.  BY lead a young team to multiple come from behind 4th qtr wins.  That showed me heart, and that he has the clutch gene.  That’s the wildcard intangible.  For me, that was fun to watch even  if it was mindbogglingly frustrating at times.  Over the past two seasons, we have progressively built a better team around him.  On paper, the defense should be better this season.  That’ll help.  Let’s see what he can do as the other guys continue to develop too.  Besides, his contract is cheap for a few more years, and we just made some smart cap decisions during the draft. Let’s see how it shakes out.
