Does Cam really need somebody 6'4 and up?

I don't think so. I'd rather have a stud short dude than a mediocre tall dude. But if it's not a huge difference in skill, some height would definitely benefit Cam. He does throw a lot of high balls

I've seen alot of mocks give us Cooks or Odell sometimes Robinson or whatever.

Don't want Cooks because we already have a Steve Smith. And as mentioned before our QB already sails them too high for Olsen and Lafail. Can't see a 5'8 dude fairing much better. Odell Beckham Jr. is another LSU product and after Lafail - do not want another.

I would prefer OL first, but if there is a tall WR that is good, get it. Because I think if we evaluate talent on our team correctly we will need to replace Lafail - who is a big body receiver.

But, I guess we will see.

Coug girl,

I really hope that you have done some research on Odell before tagging him as the next LaFail. Two very different WR. Odell is a stud with great hands and a down field threat.

Did I forget to mention that his hands are so huge that he can catch punt with one hand?

It says "command" not "comprehend"....FYI.

meh it was originally pasted REALLY hard to read in white text on black background, my fault... but why exactly are there questions about his command of a huddle or being a face of the franchise for him when Manziel is the one that had trouble in college?  Did Bridgewater as well?  I didn't hear about it.

    • And to think we could have traded burns, a pass rusher much worse than Parsons, for almost the same as Parsons... God we blew that chance
    • Would have probably just been better to go back in time and pick Parsons instead of Horn TBH
    • Heres my take on this. I hate to quote Joe Person and Daviance Newston, but there were reports that AT was not getting the same reps as last year. Now you can look at it a couple ways- Panthers know what AT bring and want to grow young WRs or they thought father time had caught AT enough to limit reps(thus faze him slowly out). Fact is AT hated that 2 win season and reports he asked or didn't want to be on the Panthers during the trade deadline last year..... just Panthers didn't care about a 2027 7th in return for BYs safety blanket.   I look at this as the Panthers just scored 23 scores in PS and they know AT wants no part of what could be anouther bad losing 2 or 5 win season. So go with the young ones and flip him back home for the value of a 4th. He's the oldest WR in the league, getting anything above coffee filters is a win.  The next 6 games will show if the Panthers were right or wrong.....
