Just reposting this. With it being the offseason people might like to mess around with this. It is very hard to give someone a new contract in this because you supply EVERY number of the contract yourself. Want to see what Cam does to the team with an even spaced contract? What about a backloaded contract?

Want to see how much money the team saves over two years by designating D. Lo a June 1 cut? Want to see how much money we lose by outright cutting him? Its all in there.

Charles Johnson provides the most relief with a June 1 Cut surprisingly.

Hmmm, Stewart comes out as even with a June 1st cut......wtf....

Give cam the 15 million cap hit that he'll likely have in 2015 and the team only has 3 million in cap space. Gave cam a 6 year deal worth right at 111 million with 30 million in signing bonuses and another 5 in guaranteed salary. Average cap hit of a little over 18.5 million a season.

It just puts us in roughly the same situation next year as we're in this year.

He counts for like 5.5 dead this season and another 4 next season on this site, it should be a lot higher this season because of his option bonuses even as a june 1st cut. It should be around 11 million in dead this season and roughly 4 next season.
