What the heck happened? We need Stewart to stay healthy and them to have a revival year this season. Screw WR, lets buff our o-line, draft a nice blocking TE and let these two get into a groove. And we'll have triple trouble now with Tolbert. With Cam and those two performing to their capabilities we could be a top 5 offense.

I agree that we need to overhaul our O line, but we need playmakers at WR and another pass catching TE. I think we draft skill positions early and go lower tier OL in free agency. But again it will be a BPA situation when we draft and I see more talent at 28 at the skill positions than on the line.

Im glad we have about 25 million in cap tied up with these guys.

Especially when you consider this:

A source who "actively worked the phones" on the first day of the NFL's free-agency negotiating period Saturday noted to Profootballtalk.com that "there's currently no market for running backs."This really shouldn't be a surprise because running back is a replaceable position in the NFL....

Yet we have a buttload of cash tied up in a 31-year old and the poster child for Sports Medicine and Rehab centers.  Marty's vision was incredible.

This kind of pissed me off:

    • A man can't work on his brand and play football at the same time.  He's probably also working on some new recipes for Thanksgiving that he can share when the writers come round to hear him talk.  I still don't know why he gets so much press for so little production.
    • Very little difference. There was a stretch when he was benched but getting garbage time and I saw that he had Finally paid attention to his throwing process. Canales had him taking three steps planting and throwing. At times. And he looked much better. I mean, using the Bryce grading curve, which is average for most = really good for him.  But he isn’t focusing on it and I see the same bad footwork that he brought with him, far too often. He just does not have the arm to disregard his fundamentals.    I have been talking about this since year one, the mechanics. It is very hard to tear down the old and put in new, and not revert to your familiar, old, comfortable way when the heat is on.
    • Was my favorite player in the draft because of versatility... But let's be honest, would he look good with Evero??? lol
