That still doesn't make Cotch and Underwood a legit 2 and 3 because they aren't.

I agree they better than LaFell and Ginn but if we don't get a legit number 1 and a decent 2 we going to have the same issues as last year.

But I will see DG out first before I judge him. Like both signings as depth.

I see Cotchery as more of a Hixon replacement! Lets replace Lafell with Kenny Britt and draft Cooks or Matthews

I do agree that Cotchery is probably better than Lafell.  Not so certain that Underwood is an improvement over Ginn.  I don't think Ginn was that great of a receiver, but his kick and punt return ability alone might make him more valuable than Underwood, at least at this point.

Its wishful thinking to call Underwood an upgrade over Ginn. He 's never had 450+ receiving yards in a season and doesn't return kicks or punts well.

Neither signing is a big upgrade. We are still in a SERIOUS hole at that spot.

advanced stats say cotchery is better than lafell but underwood is not as good as ginn. either way on teams with talent at the wr spot they are pretty much 3 and 4th options. still need draft because i highly doubt the jackson trade works out.

Ginn is a much more competent receiver. Underwood hasn't even reached 500 yards in a season yet, Ginn has done that multiple times.
