Cam sent Steve a hand written letter after he was cut. So much has been said about this "distraction" that he supposedly was, but the guy got picked up within 24 hours, and the players that have talked about him did not seem joyful that he is gone.

HE called out the poo job RIchardson was doing and Richardson bascially called the CO and had him reassigned to Wofford sports. 

 

Isn't JR a Wofford guy? Seems odd that he would have him fired and the CO would move him to covering is alma mater.

Richardson went after his livelihood becasue he dared to question his motives....i'd say as snarky as Gantt comes across it comes from a place I can completely understand.

If that's the case, then I get it, but how long has it been since that happened? He needs to move on. It seems kind of pathetic at this point.

That sound you hear is a bus being driven over Steve Smith, an obvious shot at the best player in franchise history, who was cut earlier this offseason for reasons that had nothing to do with football.

 

A.  an obvious shot:  Or a general statement about the importance of teamwork and chemistry that could be applied to almost any team sport

B. cut earlier this offseason for reasons that had nothing to do with football:  The salary cap and team chemistry have something to do with football, so if Gantt knows the reason has nothing to do with football, he needs to write about it.

 

Gantt, why are you so bitter?  Is it because Richardson got you demoted?
