  1. Past hour
  2. Bryce and Canales were always staying regardless of the result tomorrow or last week. We've just had by far the most successful season of the Tepper era. Not a high bar, I grant you. But why would anyone think Tepper would fire the only coach or cut the only QB to take the team to the playoffs since he's owned it? As much as some people here want one or both of them gone (and I agree with the Bryce criticism to an extent, not as much on the Canales hate) it was never realistically going to happen regardless of what side of the debate any of us come down on.
  3. here’s another good one for the chills… https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTOf2qpjs-E/?igsh=dDdkaGl6ajJ6dmRx
  4. That is potentially quite bad. TBH, that is something that may continue to be an issue his entire career depending on recovery. Don't like that at all.
  5. 34-23 Rams. Bryce stays. Canales stays. We're classic average Panthers again next season. Yawn.
  6. At this point we would probably have to move some low level assets to get a team to take him.... Rod needs to stop this 50/50 split bullshit vs a team that wasnt already on a 7 game slide last nights probably an L.
  7. I mean the way to do it was make sure we controlled the puck and they only got 13 shots Freddie was still rocking his .84 save %
  8. Honest question. Ticketmaster reflects several tickets as "standard ticket" and others as "verified resale." With this many "standard tickets" available, does this mean it's not a sellout?
  9. I wonder if Bryce speaks like this in private (6) HDWags on X: "BREAKING: #Panthers QB Bryce Young with some strong words for the #LARams ahead of this Saturday's wild card tilt. Plus, his boy band Young 'n Short debuts at the halftime show. #KeepPounding #ramshouse #NFLPlayoffs https://t.co/eO1QPHT1df" / X
  10. True, but I think XL would have gotten the nod even if Coker had never gotten hurt. They seemed to have him pegged as playing the slot IIRC. That was never the right move, IMO. I'm fine with keeping him as a 4th/5th WR for depth purposes if all we can get is like a 7th rounder or something. But he is a recent 1st round pick and still has the physical tools so it's possible a team that liked him coming out of the draft will be willing to give up a 4th, 5th or 6th. Remember, we managed to get a 4th rounder for Jonathan Mingo.
  11. I can't say that I'm a big fan of playing Robert Hunt in this game. If I thought we had a legit shot at going on an actual playoff run I'd be fine with it but we're probably going to lose and I'd hate for him to get re-injured and end up missing time to start next season. Zavala... let's be honest, he's probably subtraction by addition if he plays.
  12. Chiefs, Bills, Cowboys...whoever wants XL, come get him.
  13. Today
  14. Go a head and run him lol. Please. I heard he is also good at trucking since he has a low center of gravity so no sliding.
  15. Maybe getting a big receiver out there that can be seen over the o-line might change that a bit...
  16. It suck’s knowing right now that Bryce is terrible, accepting that reality, and at the same time wanting the Panthers to succeed in the playoffs which by doing so, would only further cement the delusion that plagues so many in the fan base. Whatever his “best” is, we’ve already seen it. There’s no breakthrough coming, he’s not going to grow overnight like Tom Hanks in Big, not going to develop arm strength on his small frame. If this front office is not already laying out the QB replacement strategy then we’re long-term fuged. i don’t ask for much, but id like a Super Bowl win this season and a new quarterback next season. It sounds crazy but it isn’t.
  17. The SEC is 1-3 against non-sec teams in the playoffs, with that 1 win coming over Tulane.
  18. If you look at the category just ahead of POOR (Bryce's ranking), it only improves to BELOW AVERAGE. Pay attention to what it says: Replacement-level starter, functional but inefficient, requires a strong supporting cast. If Bryce improved to 0.00, he'd still only by a marginal QB. I think we could accept this better if he were a 2nd or 2rd day pick. But, Bryce was the first overall player chosen and required us to part with our best WR, and multiple high draft choices. If he doesn't show a massive improvement in year 4, Carolina would be foolish not to start looking for a replacement heading into 2027. And, it wouldn't be able idea to acquire a legit back up this offseason.
  19. He only runs because he doesn't trust his ability to make the throws that are available to him on the field. Him running is not a plus because he is not fast or elusive enough. If we want a running qb go fuging get one.
  20. At least The Golden Calf of Bristol had the running ability..... Bryce has the BTT and GWD though....
  21. We may very well witness his last game as a Panther tomorrow, and I’m more than ok with that.
  22. The Panthers are the ultimate "Nobody believes in us!" team this year. Unfortunately I'm not sure the Panthers even believe in themselves at this point, especially the offense/Bryce.
  23. He would be the perfect rookie to have in the qb room. Unfortunately I think this run has put him in the 2/3 round.
