I'm glad they pulled this one off. I was skeptical about a playoff run. Hopefully they will do it. I'm not solid on Bryce yet.

We have the most inconsistent team in the league, and people think resting our starters next week is a good idea? Nobody is this dense, are they?

The game was officiated just about how I would have expected. It was poorly officiated enough to keep a manufactured close finish. Honestly it was genius holding Icky out of this game. He would have penalized for at least 2-3 drive killing false starts with this crew. I have this feeling that our old friend Clete Blakeman is coming back to referee the final game of the season against Tampa. Hasn’t refereed a Panthers game since 2021.

The problem is we're coming up on decision time and rapidly running out of runway to spend tons of money elsewhere. If we pay Bryce like a franchise QB and have to manage putting together a roster with him eating a ton of cap space we're cooked. That's my concern.

Outbid? He's going to be offered top 5 starting LT money, and am sure he'll take it. Panthers would ve fools to not to. Love how this thread acts like left tackles grow on trees.

The only social media I want to see out of XL this offseason is….

Bryce Young's father raved about him. What a waste. -
You can say the same thing about the haters. Rarely do any of the haters give him credit. He has a game winning drive and it's because someone else did something spectacular. He's throwing long with accuracy. He's avoiding sacks and making plays. He's the leader on offense and he's moving the ball. Why does he have to prove worthy by throwing a 50 yds bombs every week? It's about executing the game plan and IMO he does a great job of it. Sure he doesn't have 100% rate but he still gets no love.

I don't know what the eff Dave Canales was thinking

Reminds me of Wilks with Darnold to a degree. -
I just don't think he's a natural receiver and never will be. His utter lack of sideline awareness is just something I've never seen at this level of football. That's something that should be ingrained in you and just instinctual after a few years of playing the game and there's a whole lowlight reel of XL seemingly being oblivious to where the sideline is. That's crazy at the NFL level. It's past time for Coker to leapfrog him on the depth chart. He's honestly not gonna be long for the league. Seems like a good dude and I was rooting for his country ass even though I didn't want to draft him but he's not an NFL caliber player.
