  1. Past hour
  2. Flipped the upcoming 7th to a 5th and the following drafts 5th to a 4th at the expense of a 35yr old veteran on the last year of his deal. Win-win for all parties. Hoping they bring Renfrow back now that there's room!
  3. We are doing 5 wins again this year or less
  4. I mean not for nothing but this is literally what we drafted him for. He was already supposed to be ahead of the curve in this area. Guy was regularly billed as a smaller Peyton Manning in terms of his football IQ before the draft.
  5. Its impossible to take you seriously
  6. Well if Bryce tanks this year because Thielen isn’t helping him then the trade is even better than I thought because that means we are replacing Bryce in the 2026 draft instead of the 2027 draft.
  7. There's only maybe 5 wr that would net a 2nd or higher in a trade in the NFL. Another handful that would net a 3rd.
  8. Not surprised Fat Fhule would do something that moronic... Dude relied on bossing his players around and hoping they would listen to him in college - that crap doesn't work in the NFL
  9. They managed to unload his contract and that's a win in itself. The pick swaps are miniscule in value to either side. How it effects the offense is yet to be seen. My only concern is that he had the surest hands of all the receivers on the team. That's not easy to replace.
  10. This is exactly how it should be looked at.
  11. I was hoping we could keep him to mentor the young guys at least until the trade deadline. Still, getting some draft capital for a guy that’s gonna be gone in a year isn’t terrible.
  12. He's going to take time. This trade gives Coker a big time chance to shine. If XL doesn't work out, that gives the Panthers Tmac, Coker and Horn Jr for 2026. If XL does workout, they hope they have a really good returner and backup slot wr.
  13. Hope there was some fuel stabilizer rubbed on those joints.
  14. A 5th rounder basically, and moving up some spots in 2027. And more cap to roll over. To do a solid for a guy who contemplated retirement, coming off an injury, and needing to let our young WRs play/prove themselves. Yeah, I'm not getting the hate here. Would I prefer to keep Thielen? Sure. But also....why? Bryce needs to sink or swim, take away his safety blanket. We've given you 4 young WRs with potential, go elevate them and grow together. We're still a year+ away and should be acquiring assets. If you thought we were getting a 2nd or 3rd round pick for a rental on a 35 year old WR I don't know what to tell you.
  15. Hard to interpret something that way (even if it is accurate). Thielen knows the playbook and probably doesn't need as many reps, as say the rest of our receives who are rookies (Tet, Horn), 2nd/3rd year (XL, Coker, Tremayne), or were possible cut candidates (Renfrow, Moore). I probably wouldn't have focused as much on Thielen also when they needed a lot of info on all of the other receivers
  16. I thought it was 10am. I'm in Kuwait so I have to subtract 7 hours. You're saying two hours means 1pm?
  17. another thing about this is the Vikings are eating AT full salary, they wanted the Panther to eat a some of his salary. once again this is a win
  18. Our last two 4th round picks: JT Sanders Lathan Ransom Not too shabby for a rebuilding team.
  19. He should be, but I said this in his predraft and why i didn't want to draft him. Can't read defenses well and set line up for success, eats a lot of unnecessary sacks and pressures due to that and holding the ball too long and moving in the pocket towards the edges instead of up into the pocket.
  20. I think we wanted AT back until we got past the draft and camp. Wasn't expecting to get what we got in the draft, and prolly wasnt expecting tremayne to look as good as he did to them this off-season.
  21. I hope he pans out I just didn't see anything out of him during preseason and it seemed like all the talk about him looking good on camp pretty much evaporated once the pads went on.
  22. My thought exactly. We basically got a 4th for a one year rental when we aren’t a playoff contender. If we can’t overcome the loss with the young guys then we have big issues. We’ve invested 4 1sts (3 top 10), 2 2nds, DJ Moore into $150M in OL FAs into this passing game. That’s 90% of our draft and FA capital into Young. We damn well better be fine without AT or we are ways away from competing.
  23. Pick swap and a 4th round pick. I mean that's best case scenario. Now we can move on. I'm eager to see Canales develop this young WR core.
  24. No good deed goes unpunished. We should have let him retire. We lose out on the pick but we would have had some extra spending money in the offseason.
