I guess we fans are allowed to look forward past this week’s game. Players better not be or it might not matter much.

Sheduer with o line and a run game/good receiving core>>>>>>> bryce with a oline and a run game/good receiving core.

Run the ball and play action off that. We're going against a rookie QB so throw some different looks at him not just vanilla coverage -
"For the 2024-2025 College Football Playoff (CFP) season, Notre Dame, as a football independent, earned a maximum payout of $20 million, keeping the entire amount because they don't share with a conference. This total comes from $4M for qualifying, $4M for the Quarterfinal, $6M for the Semifinals, and $6M for reaching the National Championship game." They don't have to play by the rules of everyone else. And now they will be automatic if Top-12. Even the OSU's, Bama's, Georgia's, Texas' of the world should be fighting them/this.

Saints defense has Bryce's number. I don't think he's ever really looked good agains them. I'm actually more worried about the Saints than the Bucs right now weirdly -
I really don't want to be involved in that drama. Also I'm not sure he is an upgrade over bryce if you're going to go after a QB this offseason make it count

Yep, was about to come post this. They keep raising the bar on delusional entitlement. They really expected the ACC to push for them - a non-football conference member - over Miami which is a full conference member? Cmon ACC, man the fug up and just throw them out. Tell them to go get fuged.
-
Now Notre Dame's AD came out and publicly chastised the ACC for supporting Miami (ACC) over ND (Independent). Sounds like they may threaten legal action. Lol, can't make this crap up. Wilbon just lost his mind on ND and so is everyone else today.

Wow, what a bunch of babies. They set their schedule to have any hard games early so they can go on a run. Complain about Alabama losing 3, because they made the SEC championship but look at the last 5 games: Georgia, Auburn, Eastern IL, Oklahoma and LSU Here’s the hero’s last 5 games that contributed to ND’s great run: Stanford, Syracuse, Pittsburgh (Miami beat Pitt by more), Navy and Boston College If ND is going to keep scheduling cupcakes at the back end, they don’t deserve poo. They turned down a bowl game because they don’t want to take any risk and lose. Not when they can force rule changes to ensure they make the playoffs.

Offense: 1) throw the ball on 1st down early in the game 2) throw the ball deep every now and then 3) use the pass to make NO not have 9 in the box, then run the ball Defense: 1) stop the run 2) take away the seams and dump offs to the flats 3) force a couple of turnovers -

Its too easy to blame BY and we all know this....(even if its 100% true) I don't feel the iants have the blueprint on BY. Panthers just were not ready- CB biltzs are super risky and thought of as to only use like once a game. I know you watched lots of football this year, any other team you recall having their CB/safety blitz nearly every other play?? Its sort of all-in play used for those "surprise" 3rd down calls. Panthers will have solutions this time or repeat the history......I honestly think DC just never practiced plays against that edge pressure, give the saints coaches all the credit. That took BIG BALLS and it worked great given BY folded under that pressure. It even stopped the running game, unblocked missle safety or willing CB tackler, Rico was neutralized too. This time Chubba is healthy and OL should be better too. Tremble and Evans have bigger responsibilities this week too.... I forgot to add, that dang stadium can not get rockin.....I hope they have hand signals on point too. -
Yeah, upsets are a lot easier to come by in basketball. If a team is shooting hot anything can happen. You can't just physically dominate and bully a team as easily with sheer physical dominance like you can in football.
-
I’m all aboard on Sonny Styles. Impressive game vs. Indiana and exactly what we need to take our defense to the next level. He should go somewhere around our pick.

So long as there aren't too many missed opportunities, yup. -
I wouldn't put anything past the NBA at this point. They need a scapegoat and we know they don't give a damn about this franchise.
-
He's working his way back in. I say good. If we take the division from them it will be that much more enjoyable to do so while they are at full strength.
-
I am hoping that he recovers and can be a serviceable backup to Chubba. I really want to keep Dowdle but, it's a money crunch and you can't keep everyone. We have Chubba so we'll probably let him go elsewhere. Just hope it isn't in our division. Brooks has a great mentor in TD. If there is anyone who can give him advice it's him. I like that TD gave information on how he worked out and recovered.

I’ve been saying it all along. It’s back to the elementary style of football it once was, sans the air attack. Back when you played with your boys, for your school, or even in the back yard. it is encouraging and cool to see. You do still need and benefit greatly from a general at the QB position though to keep the run defense honest. QB will always be the most important position in the game. That’s the stakes of what we are living with Bryce . You have to be willing to live and die with it, or find a way to survive. You keep paying him until you find one better. And I think as a franchise drafting one says all you need to say. It makes it known every spot is earned.

100% of all pro sports owner do the same thing, (there is one who didn't, but I can not recall). Its the price of having a NFL or NBA or MLB or Hockey team or race track or etc in the area. They ALL get and ask for money. so screw you for making me defend tepper....!! Im sure you know the rent poor Mr.tepper has to pay each year as well..... Plus its sorta been busted about the impact of having a pro team in the area. The impact is no greater than a super target, its basically the reason why county clubs members drive GMC rather Chevy or wear Rollie's that Seiko watches. Its a status symbol, plain and simple. "O you live in city without a NFL team, you're a fly-over poor".
-
4 Freddie and 2 Koochie I think. as for the first 3 shots. That number goes to 9 or 10. It’s wild.

Trade for Gabriel. We can call the QB room "The Lollipop Guild."
