I LOVE the King pickup 2024 UGA vs Tech: In Athens. King: 303 passing yards and 2 TDs. 110 rushing and 3 TDs. It took UGA 8 OTs to go on to win 44-42, but King was the star.That dude is tough as nails. Dude has the heart of a lion and exactly the type of player Dan has said that he wants. I could really see him making the final roster.

Well Darnold at least had the physical gifts that were worth taking a shot at if you thought you could coach him up mentally. BY is already at his physical ceiling/height. I don't see anyone else really expecting him to be more than a top backup option. Unless we get nervous and massively overpay him I think he should be getting Teddy Bridgewater backup/prove it money from his next team.

We did it with Darnold and Mayfield. Someone will think he was just in a bad situation and a change of scenery will fix it.

I was here back in 2004 when it was called PanthersHuddle, went in and out for years and registered a couple of different times. Definitely a love and hate relationship because there were too many people talking politics back in the day. Never met any Huddler in person but have always appreciated this place for true fandom. Sadly, the Huddle has been dying a slow death since 2020 or so. Maybe people will eventually figure out that Twitter, Reddit and other social media is just not a great place to have discussions like we do.

I am talking about this year and not picking up the option. We pretty much lost that option because of what I referred to in that post. edit: where we sit now, I couldn’t imagine anything over a Darnold deal like the Seahawks gave out. 33 mil a year on a short term extension.
