Never heard about the teammates thing but later I read him saying JR or Fox was having him monitored, followed around town something like that and he got pretty upset about it.

For those saying that Sanders can't stay on the field, I feel like Tremble can't either.

BREAKING: Panthers signing a new QB
kungfoodude replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's his ceiling. He isn't that now. That's the problem. -
I was here to remember that Jenkins had trouble keeping his weight down and was trashing his own teammates. Can't say I was that upset when we finally traded him. Given the Jets really only got one good season out of him before he flamed out, trade was the correct one in retrospect. At least from a likability perspective, Brown is better than Jenkins and it's not even close.

I like Evans. JT can’t stay on the field, but the little I have seen of him, he’s shown promise.
-
I'd say the exact opposite, they've shown me more than enough given their current contracts to say we shouldn't touch the position this offseason, and that every bit of cap room and draft capital we have should be spent on other positions that need upgrading. I'm not saying we're good with them for the next 5 years, but for next year, I'm good with those guys because of their contracts and all our other more dire needs.
-
I think he concussed most of our team. lol
-
I don't know, but I really like seeing Mitchell Evans out there making plays. In run and pass game.
-
D Brown is definitely my favorite player at the moment. What a fuggin beast. The entire bills oline is probably waking up in cold sweats thinking about the frisbee that's about to be played. I wouldn't blame any one of them for calling in sick on Sunday.

BREAKING: Panthers signing a new QB

Quinn Ewers is Kenny Pickett most likely. -
Evans will be the guy. I like Sanders too but I don’t know how durable he is. Seems he’s on the injury report for something every few weeks.
-
Sanders can’t stay healthy, can’t catch, and can’t block. Evans is already better than him and prob the best TE on the roster

Horn and Brown appreciation thread

The best part to me is they didn't get paid and and take thier foot off the throttle -
To be determined. They haven't shown me enough to forego opportunities to potentially upgrade that's for sure. Right now I'd say they look like a group of 2/3s in need of a #1.
-
Evans is gonna be the best here in a year or 2
-
Tommy Tremble- 25 years old(yes) and having his best season= signed until 2027 Mitchell Evans- 22 years old and NFL is not too much for this rookie= signed until 2029 JaVaion Sanders- 22 years old and current #1 unlucky but on the rise= signed until 2028 James Mitchell- 26 years old and Governor knows his role= RFA can be back on the cheap for 2026 future for this group .....

I'd love to get a nice one but I don't think they sell anything other than the "game" version of him That being said the quality of the nike jerseys are pretty terrible now

Speaking of revisiting trades: Brian Burns

PFF you say...... Brother Dexter Lawrence is the biggest problem on that stacked DL, he gets tripled teamed on plays. They ALL are ballin, nice for BBs breakout in year 7... -
Already a big fan of this dude and this video made me an even bigger one. He's such an important element of team. It trips me out how quick and agile he is at that size. But umm...I'ma pass on that headbutt, #95!

#Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa said part of the reason he didn’t target Jaylen Waddle much vs. the #Browns was because he had trouble seeing him over the O-line and D-line: “I’m not the tallest guy back there. Sometimes when that happens you don’t want to just throw it blindly.” https://x.com/mysportsupdate/status/1981107157044253011?s=46

Speaking of revisiting trades: Brian Burns

The answer as always was take the Rams deal The second option was as soon as you hang up on the Rams you extend him right then (probably would have been around 25-27 mill a year around that time) The third and worst option is what the panthers ended up doing (not Dan's fault) -

But if you're planning to make a move for a QB in the future, and we were, those picks would have been huge trade capital. Now ask yourself how much better situation would we have been in if we had been able to exchange the Rams 1sts instead of our own and DJ Moore? Would we still have ended up with the number 1 overall? Possibly. Would we have kept Darnold since he was showing improvement and see if he improved, then had 4 1sts in 2 years to get our QB. Its possible. We could have also used those 4 1sts to build around Bryce and our defense. We could have done a lot. It wasn't just about Burns. It was admitting we weren't just a single piece away. Burns gave us 3 high value pieces to build from in trade value if played correctly. For a GM with any vision for the future, that's a grand slam and you're signing that trade before they can reconsider.
