Seen the latest? The Athletic just wrote that he may be getting pre trial intervention and can get all charges dropped if he completes it, 6 months of behaving himself. Didn’t even need to get to the victim blaming. I don’t know how to paste a link from their app but it is there. Probably elsewhere too.

It just feels like flailing to keep going after WRs but I guess it makes sense with Canales’s background? I was thrilled when we took Tet instead of Walker but I really don’t see WR/TE moving the needle next year.

XL might be a better player than KC Concepcion. Let that sink in. Easily the most overrated prospect in this class. I hope we're not stupid enough to draft him. But if we do I'll hope like hell I'm wrong and root for the guy.

We should use him like Mccaffrey. Line him up all over the field.

We can use him to run QB sneaks. Versatility. I like it.

Get on the PP. Ottawa is one of the most penalized teams in the league with one of the worst PKs in the league. If only the refs will call the penalties.

I took up for A’Shawn a few times, for some reason people did not appreciate him. I am a fan of his work, and would be a fan of replacing him with the 1st round pick if there is not a viable OT sitting there. I think it should be a higher priority than WR or TE or just about anything. It is what’s up front that counts the most when you play good teams. IMO. Either side of the ball.

We don’t necessarily need to use our first to improve that though. I feel like you want near term viability, like this year sometime, you need to take T with your highest pick. Man oh man. I hope they have one decent brain cell that tells them to wait until after the year to decide on an extension.

This. Good teams find slot receivers in the mid to late rounds and that's what we need.

Curious about how many slots away would remove people's pause with McD or any other selection (Concepcion, Lomu) that has been mocked later than our selection. This isn't just directed at you either, I see a lot of people (myself included) saying they wouldn't take palyer X at our spot. However, if it were at pick XX, then yes, let's take him. I also see every year a team that "overdrafts" someone on that night, only to find a franchise building block down the line. Seattle does it a lot. If a guy is exactly what your team needs and he's, say, 6-8 picks away from being graded/mocked, I don't see the issue. If we're talking about taking a guy like Christen Miller at 19....okay, I get it. McDonald would unlock so much on our defense up front and lighten DB's workload on the interior. Looking at so many site's and media's "team needs" for us, and rarely (if ever) is IDL on that list. A'Shawn's departure and the lack of depth on our roster is rough. I know Turk is here, but I don't believe well run franchises pass on a first round DL because of a guy like Wharton.
