People complaining about what he got paid can’t say much now because it’s absolutely worth it to get 15 sacks which we could desperately use, especially when you compare it to some of the free agents we have signed to try to replace that production (none of them have come close and we are wasting good money on them)

Tepper still owns this team, and with that atrocious track record (worst in NFL over the time period), and his love for Young, who knows when we will or if we will be a playoff team ever again while he’s around. The Jags coach wanted a lot of control. GM level type if I remember correctly. Tepper absolutely needs a coach like this (Harbaugh comes to mind) but absolutely will not ever hire one with his ego.

Putting the comical Urban Meyers debacle aside…..Trevor only has one losing season as a starter and he was comically injured that year and really shouldn’t of been on the field. still a disappointment but thats a totally different realm than Bryce’s version of disappointment. Trevor been a solid starter in 3 of his seasons Trevor is a bust given expectations but is a clear NFL caliber starting QB. Just middle tier. He has a lot to work with for a good OC. Great OCs would struggle with Bryce. Green newb OC like Canales got zero shot

I saw someone say Horn has had a rough time since his concussion, and think there may be something to that. Just a little out of sync, a little gun shy on the head on tackling, I can see it. He is a three and four down player I don’t see Burns as that. I just take the Rams’ offer for Burns and keep Horn and Sam and DJ and all those picks that we sent off for a big nothing.

agreed, but when your pass rusher is a legit detriment to the run game it limits your defense. Burns has 16 1/2 sacks, gimme someone with 11 sacks but wont get bowled over by a RB slightly bigger than Bryce and I'll say i'll take it.
