This 100 percent. No matter how good a QB is coming out of college, they can't make up for the other 52 guys on the roster or the 20 or so coaching staff members. And the higher the pick, the worse situation they are often getting into. I still contend that we're only now beginning to get a decent groundwork to BEGIN evaluating Bryce and his potential or lack thereof.

I don't have a problem with them snubbing him for a while due to him being an very, very, VERY obvious cheater. You won't see much from the NFL for a couple of reasons. One being that they are intimately aware of how deep their cheating went, burning the evidence to cover it up from ever seeing the light of day. The second being his persistent feud with Robert Kraft, whom is one of their owners. The NFL taking the side of a lowly paid NFL head coach(current or former) versus an NFL owner is incredibly unlikely to ever happen.

Not true. Need factors in. If you have Barry Sanders backed up by Adrian Peterson, you don't draft a RB because he's ranked higher on your board than a position where you have zero starting caliber players.

He was def snubbed, but I think some of the more traditional voters are going to make him wait until year 2 because up until last year HC had to wait 5 years after retirement. So he'd still be getting in before Shula, Landry, etc. on wait time. Just not first ballot.

Hecht is playing really well at the Senior Bowl right now. Also, Keylan Rutledge is taking center snaps at the Senior Bowl too. Rutledge is a massive, mauling OG. If he can make a good transition to center, that's a massive upgrade over Cade Mays.

Don't count Evero out of that Raiders job yet. It sounds like most of their top candidates are either off the market(DaBoll, Brady) or may opt to take a premium OC job(Webb). If that happens, expect them to go all in on Klint Kubiak. If he turns them down, the list of options they have even interviewed gets extremely, extremely small. Evero could in fact end up there. Not very likely but it is actually possible it happens.

Hecht has been very good so far in the practices. Also, huge news that GaTech's Rutledge is taking some reps at center. He would be a MASSIVE upgrade at interior IOL over Cade Mays, IMO. At OG for sure and potentially at center if he can adjust to that. Would love to see him targeted early, if possible.
