I had mine removed in emergency surgery a few years back. I was 33 or so at the time. It wasn’t tough at all. They triangulate the incisions (like three small inch wide incisions in a triangular pattern), then they stitch you up. I think I was limited from heavy lifting/exercise for 2 or 3 weeks after, but I definitely felt like I was capable of doing more before I was allowed. Knowing the NFL they will probably fast track him and say he’s ready by the opener. But if I was Ickey, I probably would sit out the first week. How you feel and what you’re capable of without injuring yourself worse are two different things.

Well, I do remember Renfrow saying in so many words that it was the Panthers or bust.

Maybe this is a break in a way. I’m sure Icky is a better run blocker, but it’s definitely possible that Brady Christensen is a better pass blocker.

Luckily, he was likely nearing peak conditioning for the season. Probably won't delay him too much. Getting a week or two of rest before the grind of the NFL season might not be the worst thing for a lineman

I have read here numerous times that CMC didn't want to be traded, at least not at first. All the conflicting information that he wanted to go, or that he was made when they traded him is why I usually ignore most of that stuff.

Conditional 7th must be based on performance or games played, something like that. Knowing Adam we won’t pay that. A 4th and 5th isn’t bad for a guy that will retire soon anyway. Our young WR will have to grow up fast the next few years
