  1. Past hour
  2. Me neither but Nix plus all those trade assets vs. Bryce minus all those assets is a no brainer
  3. More importantly, the owner seems to love him.
  4. What time is the next game? How about that!!!!!!!
  5. Not the biggest fan of Nix. I think he was the weak spot of their roster. His YPA was 6.4 to Bryce’s 6.3 so he had just more attempts and an extra game for the extra yardage. % is practically identical through 2 more TDs. Their ratings are identical with Bryce having a worse QBR. Now add in Nix having the more complete roster and much better play caller (despite how much I hate him). They seem pretty similar to me honestly. Keeping all the assets would best part of this scenario but I’d still feel uneasy about our QB situation.
  6. One interview will not change my overall perspective of Tep but he came across very well IMO. Saw previous comment about the “they” reference regarding snow and did not feel particularly offended as he was talking/relating to a Pitt guy and his statement was valid. just my personal .02. But If u feel or see it differently, that’s ok and understandable by me
  7. OP is partially right though. How do you not make multiple deep playoffs runs with arguably the best MLB of all time and one of the most unique and dominant QBs of his time? To me the answer is Ron Rivera. He simply wasn't good enough and didn't make the right moves with Cam until it was too late. Efforts were made in the draft to "try" to address our needs, but a lot of those picks flopped. And the FO was not nearly aggressive enough in replacing Jordan Gross, and they were far too complacent with Olsen as our best pass catcher until we got DJ Moore.
  8. Today
  9. This ^^^ im as white as can be and in my hs/college days playing football it was frequently encouraged.
  10. That's the truly frustrating thing about UNC football. We've had great offenses and we've had great defenses but it seems like whenever we have one or the other that it's a law of the universe that the other unit has to be absolute bottom of the barrel trash.
  11. we had one of the most successful runs in franchise history under all of them. We came very close to having one of the best seasons of all time You make it sound like they ran us like the Jets
  12. also he shouldn't have thrown the cup of water on the fan, he's literally the owner of the franchise, but that guy sounded like a huge dick cheering for an injured player. I think it's actually kinda cool he got mad about it. I'm kinda like a dad when their kid punches a bully. can't punch people, but the guy deserved it.
  13. I have been a huge (maybe the biggest) Tepper hater but I will admit, ever since the Hurricane affecting western NC he has been only making good decisions. I still very much wish he would replace grass at the Bank but otherwise he's doing a good job. He seems to have trust in Brandt and Dave to make decisions which to this point they've had more hits than misses.
  14. lmao I know just absolutely toilet paper quality defenses
  15. yep totally agree, huge loss and feel so bad for him personally
  16. You bring up a fair point, HOWEVER, in 2028 the WR two contracts are going to be even more pricy.
  17. The biggest person you should be mad at is Mike Shula. Vic Beasley showed him in week 16 that Remmers cannot handle good speed rushers one on one and you were going up against the best in the game in SB50 and did you make any adjustments for it? Nope!
  18. And so is Coker. And so is Bryce (if he becomes part of the equation). There is a lot to like about the WR/QB room in terms of "people you can cheer for".
  19. To the OP's credit, Ron Rivera, imo, used Cam at times like a fullback. The fact that he never had back-to-back winning seasons with a stud QB says a lot. The OL was an afterthought. Cam saved RR's job many times. RR was NFC coach of the year twice during that time, but he never earned it. I wish we had kept Fox. He got it. Never had a great QB and won more.
  20. Is it though? JK. I agree. When he was carted off the field crying like a baby I knew his days were numbered. That is not just an injury to a joint or tendon--that is your brain. He played 8 years at a position where he was the best we have seen for most of them.
  21. Full of rage? Dude you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Perspective would do you a bit of good.
  22. It's called injury's and at one point the best Div in the NFL. Unlike NE who had the Jets and Dolphins to play and always had a easy path to the playoffs most years. When the NFC South was hot it had 4 good teams all beating up on each other or flipping the Div every yr 2015 and 2017 was the years to win it all with Cam and Luke. 2015 the OL failed them and 2017 the WRs failed them.
