  1. Past hour
  2. Carolina is in 1-1 personnel 65% of the time. A third WR is as important as the #1 TE. If they don't go WR early (and they're BPA), then they must have a lot of faith in Metchie.
  3. I want to enjoy the night …and hope they pick someone who makes them better, has no injury issues, no history with courts and bad behavior if it is first rd play maker, offense or defense, i want a 3 down player, not a gadget it is christmas in April. I dont want this main pick in rd 1 to be socks and underwear …plenty of time for utilitarian
  4. "last best season", meaning they didn't go somewhere else after here and do better. Old man Moore and older man Thielen probably wouldn't have played much on many more rosters at that point in their careers.
  5. Yeah, also watching Diddy say "I need you inside right now!" Hits different.
  6. If you put all the coaches and GM's in a room in the NFL not one would mention BY as anything viable at QB... They are all rolling on the floor laughing at us....Morgan, Canales and Tillis are towing the line for Dipper but deep down they know BY sucks....
  7. The best argument for drafting an OT is this: Ickey was not that great--he was average at best and that means he is likely to be below average for at least a while. Ickey needs to be moved to G. Walker is average at best--and Moton is old and on a bad wheel. I do not think they will draft a T, but I definitely see it. I think Morgan thinks, "I have 2 starters now. depth later in the draft." With so many needs (Nickel, S, DE/DT, ILB, TE, Z WR, C, etc) we can only expect to fill 2 starting spots in the draft--maybe 3-- tops. So i f you draft a guy who might not play much in the first, you are really looking at 1-2 starters. Where do we need starters? ILB, DT/DE, S, and arguably WR. Despite all this, I would totally understand OT in the first round due to the long term prognosis and the possible short term need.
  8. Oh poo. I didn’t realize he would be out of the backfield. That plays right into Bryce’s little passing chart and skill set. Dammit. Now I’m torn. I had him pictured as a line up on the LOS typical TE. Still rather have a RB doing that type of thing.
  9. I am past the point of trying to guess who the panthers will pick. What I do want mis for our first and 2nd round picks to be contributing to our roster in the first year. I just do not want us to “miss” on these picks.
  10. I hope we go another direction. Not a huge Sadiq fan personally.
  11. My prediction: We trade up for LB Sonny Styles or draft WR Omar Cooper Jr. in the 1st.
  12. So finally, proof of Patriots cheating. Lol.
  13. Could've told you that about Elijah Sarrat going back to his JMU days. The only other receiver I've really seen (until recently) have as much success against App State is Jalen Tolbert when he was at South Alabama. If it were me, I go defense and try to get Elijah in the 2nd or 3rd round.
  14. In my opinion Tyson and Lemon are 1a and Tate is 1b. Lemon slightly ahead because of Tyson's injury history. Panthers need to stay far away from Tyson though, they have a poor track record when it comes to players who were injured. I do believe one of the WR will fall.
  15. I couldn’t give a pass on a WR but I’d have to give a pass on OT. Just file under poo happens, we have to cover that position. It isn’t quite the luxury many want to portray it as. IMO. Just bad timing. I guess 5 straight years with no defensive 1st round pick made. All to have 180 yards a game passing.
  16. It'll be Svech. He's been playing well. He's gonna get us started off right, today. Jarvy w/ the primary assist. Ghost will be secondary. (I get an extra pt for this )
  17. Do people think Vrabel’s job is in danger? I don’t.
  18. OT isn't a sexy pick but as long as Dipper wants to keep fellating Bryce we need an OT to keep him upright or another WR target....we'll just keep bitching about the defense.
  19. Meant to say Moore, not Johnson. And he has not done what ou claimed with Bryce, look up his career stats. Ditto Thielen. .
  20. Today
  21. I’d lose it more if we drafted Sadiq’s 21 YPG. fuging most of which came off wheel routes out of the backfield.

  23. if sadiq is there and we reach on this guy again, i'm going to lose it. Trade back.
  24. Some national praise for Stankonia this fine morning... NHL playoff breakouts: 6 players opening eyes with their postseason performance Stankoven had an absolutely dominant Game 1 against Ottawa. At five-on-five, the team went up 19-5 in shot attempts, 2-0 in scoring, and earned a 93 percent xG rate in his minutes. Stankoven’s seven shot attempts and overall efforts helped contribute to 2.17 of the Canes’ 3.16 expected goals at five-on-five. ... After earning two primary points on the Canes’ goals on Saturday, he saved a goal in Game 2 that almost slipped over the line (and likely would have changed the tone of the game early), and added another of his own. 15 early takes from Round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs 5. Stankoven’s a dawg The Hurricanes have a lot of dawgs — Martinook is one too — but Logan Stankoven deserves the title in his own way. Three goals through two games, not afraid of the moment, and his line with Taylor Hall and Jackson Blake is relentless. They’ve got an expected goal rate around 75 per cent at 5-on-5 so far. ***Bonus Round*** 4. Tkachuk has to settle into the moment Last Ottawa thought is that they’ve got lots of guys going. Tim Stutzle is all over it, Drake Batherson, Ridly Greig, these guys should’ve scored more than they have, but it’s like there’s a forcefield at the net. However, Brady Tkachuk hasn’t been on the ice for a goal for yet, and to me, it’s because he’s just so damn over-eager. He looks like he’s in a fist-fight with the puck out there and it’s blowing up on his stick way too often. He needs the opposite of smelling salts pre-game. He needs a chai tea and a fiction novel in the dressing room. He’s one of the rare guys you’d like to see calm down, rather than rev up.
