  1. Guess I'm the minority. Grew up in Charlotte-Metro. Watched the team since the beginning. They suck, sure, but I will watch the games. Shake my head. Enjoy my beer. I do tend to tune out if they are just getting dominated and you know that it isn't going to change from quarter to quarter (you can just tell sometimes). I guess I'm able to compartmentalize and watch Panther games as "entertainment" via a recorded youtubeTV instance - fast forwarding commercials, half time, saving a lot of personal time. I've never purchased any panther gear. I've only been to a couple games when my company gave us tickets or someone needed a wing mate and had an extra ticket. I guess you could say I've never been financially invested. When they suck, it doesn't ruin my day. I simply don't dwell on it. It's hard for me to relate with the true anger/frustration that some fans feel with their sports teams, but I can appreciate it.
  2. His ample chest is like two ripe cantaloupes ready to be motorboated into. You're welcome.
  3. I don’t know if everybody is expecting overnight results and success. The reset/rebuild clock seems to reset every year with the message of “be patient. It starts to get better now” but it just doesn’t. Then it resets again. We’re in an infinite loop.
  4. I enjoyed it last year. Will DVR it, fast forward all commercials, and watch at night when chilling. It’s football, so good to me! The biggest issue is defensive players tend to be much better than offensive (especially QB play). Makes it tough to enjoy sometimes, but I support the idea of a “minor league” for players to find new opportunities in the NFL.
  5. Reich calms fears, says “Like Jay-Z, it takes a few years to become an overnight sensation. Not worried about missed opportunities because it is what it is.”
  6. We do have a shotgun problem and we keep shooting our dang feet off with it.
  7. He can’t even guard us from the incorrect usage of “then” and “than”.
  8. I guess we all have different opinions of "flash". To me, a flash is what Zach Wilson did last night on that 3rd quarter drive. Everyone hates on him and he has played poorly. However, last night there was this drive where he was laser focused. Throwing multiple back shoulder throws with zip and PERFECT accuracy. He even had a Cam-esque run into the end zone for a 2 point conversion. It left me (and Collinsworth) saying, "holy cow, who is this guy??". It was awesome to see. That is a flash to me. And no, haven't seen anything even remotely close out of Bryce. But I will continue to watch and cheer the team on.
  9. Can’t wait to see Brandon Perna from YouTube “that’s good sports” react to this one!
  10. It’s why I let youtubetv record it and watch it after an hour or so in. At least I can FF the pain as needed.
  11. starring Panther greats Jimmy “pickles” Clausen Matt “who?” Lytle Rodney “we had no one else” Pete Randy “I played a game” Fasani David “killer hair though” Carr Vinny “he’s not retired?” Testeverde and last but not least Brian “bagging groceries yesterday” St. Pierre
  12. My caption best guess: ”almost had a winning season. “Darned tootin drat!”
  13. I love that mindset. When you're not going to want for anything the rest of your life, what is getting even more mean? Hell - even putting a couple million cash in CDs or T-Bills earning 4-5-6% compounds ridiculously in this economic market. I would like to think if I had the type of money and talent these guys have, I would think like Shaq. I would want to play where I want to play and let the money be an afterthought.
  14. I watched between 30-40 xfl games. There is a lot of good talent out there waiting to get picked. One receiver comes to mind “Lucky Jackson”. Dude was clutch and I think the commentators said he had 0 pass drops all season
  15. Just chilling at home. lying in the bed, tv on. Just how I like it.
