Gman setting up for the draft ! Everyone will have competition for a spot on the team. No need to reach on a player. Hope for WR Strong in the 1st and OT Fisher in the second.

Several of the G-man FA picks were washed up until they joined the Panthers. They had a good season and left for more money (Ginn, Mitchel) Oher is reunited with his old line coach which should help him improve his game. He knows this is his last chance to stay in the league so he has to do his best. He has to beat out players still on the team and any draft pick we make. Let the best players compete and make the team. Gman is setting us up for BPA in the draft.

We need at WR in the first (Strong from Arizona State) . Fisher would be my pick in the second if available. I think we double dip on the O-line in a later round. I could see a DL, a CB, and possible RB in rounds 3-7

Oher has played both RT and LT. Matsco has a history with him and I trust Gettleman's judgement. We will definitly draft an OT in the 1st or 2nd round. Oher played injured last year and is looking for a chance to regain his worth. He is a hogmollie and we need depth. With him signed it will take some pressure off for reaching in the draft. Things are looking up !

With Getttleman it is all business. If you are paid top dollar, then you have to play like a top dollar player. It doesn;t matter if you are well liked or what you did in the past. Dwill has not played 16 games for several years, but was paid to be the #1 rb. Stewart should take note and be ready to play a full season next year or be let go also. Gettleman will look at every player on the team and make decisions based upon production . Hurney overpaid players and will take a while for Gettleman to get everything balanced based upon the facts. Look for Johnson to rework his contract or be on the list of overpaid Hurney players and be let go when possible. We have to pay Cam and Kuechly and they are the future of our team.

Before the combine, CBS sports had Fisher rated a 2nd round pick. If we could land him in the 2nd round that would be great. In the first round Gettleman will take BPA. I could see a double dip like we did with Star and Short. I know Gettleman will get us some Hog Mollies.

Gettleman made her an offer she couldn't refuse. He also reads Goodell the riot act for taking away our best DE for the season. Goodell gives us an allowance on our cap and we get to keep Hardy with a cap friendly contract. Gettlemagic !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hardy is a lot like many of us when we were young, making mistakes that are corrected with learning from past experience. His main mistake was associating himself with the wrong people. He was set to make a small fortune and bad people will take advantage of his situation. If Hardy is found guilty, we did the right thing for the team. If he is found not guilty of the charge against him, then Richardson should have a talk with Hardy about his future and how people who have made mistakes can turn their life around and be a positive influence on those who have looked up to him.

A class act. Maybe a statue next to Sam Mills showing a proud example of what a great player and great example of what a member of a fine organization can be. Perhaps when he hangs up his cleats the Panthers can find a place on the staff for him. He has made us proud to be a fan of the Carolina Panthers.

I could see us bringing in a vet LT as Gettleman likes to fill needs first, then draft BPA. He also drafts for positions to push starters in camp so I could see a double dip on the O-line to push Bell out and for depth elsewhere.

Rivera can no longer say theres always next week. The G-man knows the Big Cat needs to win now because he only has a few years left due to health reasons. We have a new Sherrif in town with G-man and he is all business. He did what he could for Beason in getting him a team where he could play MLB, but also helped the team by getting a draft pick where next year we would have lost Beason and got nothing in return. Rivera has to coach as if every game could be his last. You can be a players coach, but you have to win in the NFL or go home.
