[Updated] Greg Cosell talks this years draft prospect. Hours of footage.

That is what spending 25 years in a film room will do for you. I also like how he distinguishes a scouts point of view versus a coaches point of view.

I also think he is under utilized by anyone covering the NFL.

I heard a former GM talk about how some teams don't like having coaches in on the draft evaluation process.

He said coaches are way more prone to get attached to a player based off one good game or good highlights, whereas scouts are always taught to take an 'overall' approach.

If you guys don't already you should start listening to Cosell on the Ross Tucker Football Podcast (http://podcastone.com/Ross-Tucker-Football-Podcast), throughout the offseason they have gone position by position to breakdown the upcoming draft, it is definitely worth the listen.  Cosell also goes on the Mac Attack on Fridays.  Last time he was on he said that he preferred Kelvin Benjamin over Evans...here is a link to listen if you're interested: http://charlotte.cbslocal.com/2014/05/02/greg-cosell-i-like-kelvin-benjamin-more-than-mike-evans/

He actually knows what he's doing, knows what he's looking at and knows how it translates to the NFL.

He's a talent evaluator, not a talking head. There was an article a couple years ago where even the scouts in the field and personnel guys respect him, whereas they consider Kiper a joke.
