Panthers Have Discussed WR Greg Little... No Plans To Sign Him Yet

Nope I do not want Greg on our squad.  He is not consistent enough for what we need as he drops quite a few passes.  I thought what we were building here is a team of steady handed receivers for the short term.

and then we signed him and he dropped a few passes...

he was a great for special teams and the deep threat though.

He dropped those passes all the way to a game winning TD catch on MNF and a $12 million dollar contract from the Cards.

The same people clamoring about Little's drops are the same one's that rejoiced when we signed Ed Dickson.

id rather sign dwayne jarrett

Yeah that's not true.

Not saying he's great or anything but I don't really see the issue in bringing him in. If it doesn't work out, then he's one of the 37 we have to cut anyway.

Quite literally, Greg Little is probably the worst wide receiver that's been seeing significant playing time in the NFL. And even though the Browns are in need of wide receivers, they felt they  didn't need one who was going to be a detriment to the team. If the Panthers are smart they will take heed and follow suit.

    • First of all, loved this video. I watched last night.   I normally not one to do, I told you so's,,,,, Most around here hated the fact Dan Morgan was promoted to GM.  In my eyes, he had paid his dues, and had earned the opportunity to run a team.  I dont know how anybody can be against him at this point.  He lives and breathes football.  He absolutely is the right man for the job.  I also have to give him credit for bringing Dace C, and Tillis.  This franchise has the best front office it has ever had, IMO.  And under Teppers ownership.     Keep pounding Dan.
    • He’s blowing up with the ladies on the tikitok
    • I met him at an OTA when he was rookie.  I liked him, and so did my small children.  I got a photo of him with my kids, and his nylon stretch shirt was ripped off his shoulder and down his side.  I remember thinking, "This was an OTA.  He must have been battling so hard (going full speed) that the OT grabbed him and ripped off his shirt."   Normally, there is a "rule" that you stop when you are not in full pads when the other player shows that he controlled you or is in position to--like pulling up and not hitting the RBs.  I got the feeling that he was going full throttle.  Just speculation, but it was consistent with what we would learn about him.
