There's a Jersey Mike's pretty much right across the street from my house. Don't go there much these days, but I probably covered their rent the first month or two after they opened.

Also a chain here called Lenny's that serves awesome pepper-salsa stuff with their subs. Delicious.

Lennys is awesome but they closed the one in Charleston there last day was when I had my free sub coupon.

There is a small restaurant in Charleston called Groucho's they have small expensive subs but damn there good.its in West Ashley

Groucho's is a small chain.  Started in Cola...made them quite a few bucks while I was in grad school.  Now they've moved up here and I can finally get my Formula 45 fix again.

Subway is one of my fave places to eat. I go there prob 5-6 times a month.

 

Subway melt on wheat with provalone, all veggies except spinach/mushrooms/cucumbers, and add oil and vinegar and S&P. fantastic. Very tasty.

they just opened one up near me in Huntersville. Its a non-profit. Heard Joe Gibbs owns it. Haven't heard too many good reviews though. I think I'll pass on a $11 turkey club lol.

If you had seen what I have seen you would not eat at half of the places you like.

Over the years it has reduced the amount of food chains I eat at by 80%.
