What past un-drafted panthers should of been given more of a shot to make the team?

Kendric Burney was a very good college CB who simply did not have the speed to play in the NFL.  That's why he's not in the NFL.  Not sure why he should've been given more of a shot.  I'm saying this as a huge UNC fan.  It's just the truth.

Moore didn't sign with the Panthers out of college iirc. Seems like he was a Dallas signee.
