2 groups have disappointed all 3 games: non-KB receivers and safeties

I'm willing to throw a lot out after tonight because of playing in a short week preseason game. I think looking for trends is smart though and I have seen N O T H I N G from the receivers thought to get the most playing time after Benjamin in Cotchery and Avant. Poor route running, no chemistry with Cam at all. I think Bersin should be looked at as the #2 receiver going into Tampa Bay; it is that dire. Thankfully Kelvin Benjamin has been better than even the most optimistic fan was hoping for. As for the safeties, I'm not sure I can recall a single positive play by any of them all preseason outside of a few solid hits on ballhandlers.

Agree? What's the most worrying group coming out of the third preseason game?

I think Avant and Decoud have both been alright. The depth at WR looks good too behind the top 3.

Our SS position looks awful though and I hope they arent content just to put it all on Harper's return. The OT's still have looked bad and as always Shula's offense just looks horribly managed.

OL is way more of an issue than WR.

I'm not convinced Rivera has really changed or is a good HC either...still just a glorified DC to me. Dood clearly doesn't know poo about offense or how to build around a franchise QB. Add in the fact that we kept Shula....lol

    • So, based off the official depth chart, there are a few things I dont like on defense. Bobby Brown III as the backup, with Robinson starting over him,  and our smallest DL starting at NT. I dont like that neither of our 2nd rounder OLBs are starting, so I am hoping for heavy rotation there. Also, David Moore is our punt returner, WTF? Also, our primary backup RB as the KR when we have other capable players like Horn Jr and Trevor?  OFFENSE: WR: *Tetairoa McMillan* - Jalen Coker - *Jimmy Horn Jr.* TE: Tommy Tremble - #James Mitchell# LT: Ikem Ekwonu - Brady Christensen  LG: Damien Lewis - Chandler Zavala C - Austin Corbett - Cade Mays RG: Robert Hunt  RT: Taylor Moton - Yosh Nijman TE: Ja`Tavion Sanders - *Mitchell Evans* WR: Xavier Legette - Adam Thielen - David Moore - #Brycen Tremayne# QB: Bryce Young - Andy Dalton RB: Chuba Hubbard - #Rico Dowdle# - *Trevor Etienne* DEFENSE: LE: A`Shawn Robinson - #Bobby Brown III#  NT: #Tershawn Wharton# - *Cam Jackson* RE: Derrick Brown - Jaden Crumedy LOLB: #Patrick Jones II# - *Nic Scourton* - Thomas Incoom LILB: Trevin Wallace - (Bam Martin-Scott)  RILB: #Christian Rozeboom# - Claudin Cherrelus  ROLB: D.J. • A couple of these guys might take exception to that, but yea, I get what you’re saying.
