Along those lines, it seems like a lot of decisions were taken out of Frank’s hands. I don’t think he had complete freedom to staff his assistants. I think Tepper and/or Fitterer dictated some of the hires. That’s how you get coaches giving different advice to a player. It is how you start without everyone pulling the same way and being on the same page. They have different allegiances. Recipe for trouble. Who thinks Frank picked Thomas Brown to be his OC? Just for instance. Evero, forgetting the OL coach’s name but he was held over as well, pretty sure. Just a couple of examples. -
I don’t usually care about this type of stuff but damn she’s an awful person. Saw an IG reel with her and Vrabel on what looked like a zoom call for a Family Feud game with a bunch of other sports people. Her question was what do you do with your eyes closed. Her answer, even though everyone after told her this was for kids, was have sex with your husband or wife. She’s degraded her husband a bunch of times in all these reports. Just divorce the guy, don’t be an asshole all the time. -

I've always thought it had something to do with Tepper meddling. The before and after draft of Frank shows a man with 2 different attitudes. I think he just couldn't trust his boss and gave up interest. It's hard to be a leader when you know you can't trust the guy paying your salary to not go behind your back and cut your legs out from under you.
