Overreacing.

You want someone back there who isn't scared to do the dirty things. The kid has balls. He showed that by trying to pick it up after the muff.

We'll be alright.

He Is constantly muffing balls. Get him off the field. Idc how good he is with the ball in his hands he drops was too many punts

How many punts / kicks has he muffed this season? I'm speaking of during actual game time playing?

idgaf what the guy does in practice or what he did during training camp.

From what I've seen, last night's folly aside, he's a special talent.

In context, he's a rookie. We just cut it back to 10 points and were about to have fantastic field position. He has the tools to change the game and got caught up in the moment.

The ONLY thing i didn't like about what he did was him not falling on it.

I feel bad for Philly, I'm not happy the play happened, BUT, this obviously bothered him, so I can forgive him.  I'm more worried about him beating himself up too much for this, but I'd rather this attitude over a guy who just doesn't give a poo.  I always say with my workers that are under me, there are Mistakes and there are fug Ups.  You learn from a mistake, grow and get better, a fug up is when you screw up the same way over and over.  I can deal with mistakes, but I have no time for fug ups.

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
