I saw this on my Bills board and it says good thing about your Panthers, too!

Lets hope we're both over our losses and this gives us some good feelings for the weekend!

The Panthers are going to be the flagship team of the NFC South for the next couple of years.  Their talent is undeniable and they're quite young.  Cam Newton is...

...do not be surprised if he has the Panthers in the Super Bowl before the 2020 season

By 2020? I say in Feb of 2015.

But I'll take it.

A little too optimistic.

There are at least 6 teams capable of beating the Panthers right now.  They'll play at least one of them if they make the playoffs.

My point being, if you do not understand, is that while the Panthers may be a better team and a more capable team some teams are just able to beat them.  Look at the Steelers.  A good team with talent but the Panthers are a better team.

My Super Bowl pick, San Diego and Seattle.  San Diego is legit and I could see them beating Seattle again.

Bengals and Bears. Could even be the Cards.

Turnovers and in game injuries can allow for a team to beat a superior team. That's why anything can happen in the playoffs.

Once we get out of cap hell I think we can put together a SB caliber team. Right now I think we have borderline playoff team. We might squeak into the playoffs, but it wouldn't shock me if we didn't.

    • It's definitely a historical issue at QB but to be perfectly blunt, we also don't do a good job of really developing almost any position if you look at the last decade or so. I tend to be on the side of that being far less a development issue than an evaluation deficiency.  I think we are in the situation at QB2/3 recently due to the overall roster being absolutely abhorrent and the QB classes being quite thin. It is harder to justify another Matt Corral(or several) when you can potentially get a real two deep contributor at other positions.  But, it was a lot of hard work to get to the point where are roster is so incredibly bad that luxury picks literally are not in our vocabulary.  This is the reaping what you sow portion of our history.
    • That is what I meant about our front office. They are like someone filling out a March Madness bracket based on preference of uniform colors and mascots. There's no rhyme of reason to some of these fugg'n mind numbing decisions they make.  They go all in on these flimsy-@ss prospects and are gun shy when it comes to more solid prospects.  It's literally maddening and the reason I stopped being so emotionally involved in this team. Heck the only reason I'm active on the board today is one, it's my day off and two, it's cut down time.
