It is NEVER on this offense. The offense doesn't have the talent or resources to play shoot out with other NFL teams.

 

This defense MUST step up and hold the Bengals offense down (to somewhere from 13 to 17 points).

Our defense as a whole has been fine. Our m.o. is usually to allow the short catch and swarm for the stop. Today it's to allow the short catch and have Godfrey stare at them while they run passed the first down. We'll get it straightened out.
