Isn't it really up to J.R.'s discretion? I was under the impression a player being put on the exempt list was voluntary by the team with the leagues approval. So at a whim, can he not be reactivated? This whole thing just SUCKS!

Being on the exempt list is up to the commissioner. As long as Goodell says that Hardy is on the list... Well, Hardy is on the list.

I actually haven't.  I go to another forum that has a NSFW thread for my celeb pics
