I'm honestly not sure what Italian style is/are. I know French, and the regular cut green beans, but that's about it.

 

Given a choice, it would probably either fresh ones al dente, or the classic favorite, green bean casserole.

 

So this begs the question...if the Panthers are a batch of green beans in process, what kind are we trying to make and how far along in the process are we?

Italian style is a broader bean, quite delish.

I'd say we just finished the wash and prep stage and put the beans on the stove. We turned on the stove and had a power outage.
