How does that not ring a serious warning bell????

Offense, defense, special teams. All 3 parts of a football team fail. And that goes on the HC. Why? Cause he let his coordinators do all the work with no input. Why again? Cause he has no input to give. Which is why they just stand there like a fuging manikin

IMO the best head coaches have coaching experience on all phases. We need somebody at-least with offense and defense experience. Look at the current top consistent coaches and check their coaching resume. But one thing which we should NEVER ever again go with is, only defensive coaching and 0 HC coaching experience

Cam and Ron never matched.. Ron don't know how to develop a QB. You got Ken Dorsey as his QB coach, Mike Shula as his OC. Get this man out of here and start running a NFL franchise in 2014 times, not 1999 times

Shula is a bad OC. Initial Shula hire wasn't bad. He is good at working with young QBs.

I really don't think Dorsey is a bad hire. Cam was improving this year until the line started murdering him, then he go gunshy.

There are plenty of people who failed as players and succeeded as coaches. Most of them, in fact.

Additionally, it's typically the less talented athletes who understand the game better, simply because they have to.

Shula should be shot at dawn.

Most coaches have nearly all their experience on one side of the ball. Rivera isn't unique in that regard. But most also understand many of the nuances of the other side of the ball.

Ron's not a bad coach because he comes from a defensive background. He's a bad coach just because he's a bad coach.

Nick Jonas just got back from the year 3000 and can report that Mike Shula's offense is still ineffective there as well.

Too bad Childish Gambino and Ron will stick with him till 3005.

No matter what you say or what you do

When I'm alone, I'd rather be with you

fug these other niggas, I'll be right by your side

Till 3005, hold up

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
