Who would you choose?

Only what you know about these four guys should factor into your decision. Other head coaches, owners, GMs, and QBs aren't available to you, so you can't say, "I'll pick Gettleman because I could have Kraft as my Owner," or "I'll pick Cam because I could have Chip Kelly as my head coach."  

 

Just these four guys, and what you know or believe about them.

It's not even close.  Cam.  Gettleman wouldn't be a bad choice, but I think it'd be easier to find a GM that can do at least as good a job as Gettleman than a QB that can do as much as Cam.

I voted none of the above because i feel there would be better options than the ones listed. Last year I would have said Cam Newton but he seems to have taken a step or two backwards this year and it's not all due to playing behind a crappy OL.
