Dave and Ron are the problem

BS!! Dave has been here for only 2 full seasons and has done one hell of a job balancing our cap and give us something to work with until we get out of cap hell. I swear people want to blame everyone. DG hasn't been give a chance to do anything really with this cap. But if your so unhappy with him. Then we can bring back Hurney. Hurney can do a much better job I guess. Get off of DG nuts and give him a chance. But Ron on the other hand can't do crap in 4 years. One lucky 12-4 season and then the next season this team is in the dump. Ron is the real reason. He hasn't shown he can keep winning. He must go.

Dave has made some mistakes but he atleast has given us something, He gambled this season and he lost, oh well. Ron won't gamble, has no balls, and has no sense urgency. Every week he keeps resting on us still being in the hunt, and seems to be way to comfortable taking the easy way out, by coaching scared. Ron is the problem, not Dave.

LOL. This is the NFL, you don't just "gamble the season away" and say "oh well". It doesn't work that way. He blew up a 12-4 team and gutted it of leadership and identity. The Panthers will pay for the fat idiot's ego move for a long time.

This is all on our beloved fearless owner, who by the way only wants to win, and the fat fug scout he hired as a GM.

Some of you act like we are the only team in NFL history to have to deal with the cap.

He also said the answer is on the roster when it came to the Oline..

Byron Bell is left handed you remember??

He also signed garbage like Harper, Avant, Cason, and other older crap we didn't need..

Dave took gambles that didn't work this year and he should be critic on his bad performance this off-season like he was praised for last year's work..

No, he said "sometimes the answer is already on the roster".

Sometimes, like GM speak, like something that BB would say, like he didn't want others to know about his directions.....good lord some of you....

would it have been better if he'd said, "Hey, our Oline sucks ass, but there aren't any good OTs out there in FA, and we don't have any cap room to sign one anyway.  So, suck it up!"

he didn't gamble last year, he didn't gamble this year.  He's working with what little room he has.  people leaving because we don't have the cap room so sign them isn't gambling.  it's them playing the market and getting a better deal somewhere.  hooray for them.

Anyone that doesn't see this has not done adequate research on the Hurney era deals.

this is that bs i'm referring to.............giving dg a pass because he said it would be ruff the first couple of years when he made it that way, and quit giving him credit for balancing the cap when anybody with an associates in accounting could do the same. The hurney defense is getting lame and the teams with plenty of cap room are garbage(jax, bucs, raiders), noones blaming everyone just the two people responsible for a majority of the losses this season. NOT 1 of the FA's we've signed has done jack poo the whole season but get a couple of give me INT's..........besides clearing cap what has he done in 2 seasons, and don't give me that 12-4 bs

He has time to fix this, but he's a majority to blame for this trash team this season

I love how some can bash Cam for not making Gettelmen groceries look like "the greatest show on turf". But you can't critic Gettelmen on none of his gambles this year working. None of them.....

If we can give him credit for most if not all of his moves working last year. . We can critic none of his moves working for this season. .

He gambled last year and won... He gambled this year and lost... Plain and simple. ..

If we can't critic Gettelmen's off-season moves then we can't judge or critic players or coaches for having to work with this poo...

not true.  he didn't gamble.  if he had lots of money, and brought in cheap players, you could consider it gambling.  he brought in what we could afford.  Last year, we got some great values, this year we got what we paid for.

He did Gamble...

He gambled on Hardy...

He gambled on the Oline situation. .

He gambled on letting the whole Wr Corp go...

He gambled on using older vets for secondary instead of the young we got last year...

So yes he gambled....unless you're saying he wanted us to be this bad..m

he didn't gamble on Hardy, he signed him to a one year deal.  no one had any clue he would implode, and no one had any clue Goodell would make him sit for the entire year.  That was just plain bad luck.  No different than if he had suffered a season ending injury.

he didn't gamble on the OLine, no one was available.  we made an offer to the only decent OT we could hope to afford, who went for more money elsewhere.

he didn't let the WR corp go, they left for teams with more money.

he didn't gamble on the DBs, the ones we had left for more money, and there wasn't anyone else to sign in our price range.

so no he didn't gamble...unless you're saying the other players offered to stay for less money, but he made them go..m
