Scott Fowler Has Become An....

A$$hat.  I use to like reading his articles but over the past year he has turned into a world class d*ck.  You are a local sports writer can you not put those teams down every time you write.  Its pretty sad.  His latest article "Who’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ – Panthers or Hornets?"  The Charlotte Observer has turned into a cesspool and they can take their subscription to access local information and shove it.

Well, when your two local teams are fuging awful, what do you want him to say?

whether he likes it or not he is a representation of this city.  People outside of this state read his articles.  And the lack of support he is showing in his articles can be mistrued as lack of support from the city and the fans.  I understand writing about the facts etc but its his delivery that makes him an a$$hat.

I took my kids to a Hornets/Magic game where we were up by 23 at the end of the 3rd quarter and we lost. We were out scored 41-21 in Q4. I sat and watched Ron Rivera play for a field goal and blow it in Q4 against the Falcons. I watched us get our asses beat by the Steelers, Taints, etc. I go to the fuging games and suffer through this poo like a moron.

Fowler may actually have a point.

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
