I wish I could hate Seattle ~

Truth is I like them.  I think they have awesome fans - at least from 2012(!).  I like their coach.  I like Wilson - tough guy with lots of character - I like how he says 'Go Hawks' at the end of every interview.

Lynch is OK - just when I wish the media would leave the man alone though he doesnt something stupid like grabbing his junk.

Sherman though - he's the one guy I can't stand.  Every since that post game interview all I see is a thug.

I don't hate Seattle - but I hope that either the Packers or the Cowboys beat them.  I hope that i don't have to listen to another Seattle slurpfest by the announcers as well.

I couldn't watch any post game stuff last night.. Did he bash us at all?

He didn't bash us. He pretty much took everything the NFLN crew said, and mentioned he should've had more picks. Things like that. His performance wasn't good enough in his eyes.

With that said, I'm not a Sherman fan in the least bit, but he's a competitor, that's for sure.

Yeah I don't hate them but for some reason Pete Carroll gets on my nerves with his over the top animated running around fist pumping while chewing gum all the time schtick.

But i know players love playing for him, and they are the best team in the NFL IMO.

Won't be shocked even a little if they go on the repeat as champs.

Oh... and I hate Russell Wilson for the fact that I can't hate him even though I want to.

Yah, I've been a earl thomas fan since he came into the league.

They might not have that big physical #1 WR but they have a bunch of little playmakers that move back towards Russ when the play breaks down.

I was rooting for them once we got eliminated and will probably do the same this year. May sound a bit dumb, but I truly believe we presented the biggest challenge for them and now they should win the bowl

I agree, he is not a thug.

Cocky and loud mouthed perhaps (like a certain receiver that use to play for us), but not a thug.

Smith has a mean streak to him but also a very gentle and caring side. Sherman is loud, annoying, arrogant and as far as I have seen shows no redeeming qualities as a human being - great football player though.

    • I used to think Juan was a Zod alt. Agree he's a great poster.
    • Hawks said nah we good and sent him to the shadow realm aka the Wizards. Cold blooded. I mean they're 2-2 in a series with a young up and coming Knicks team largely through 34 year old CJ McCollum. Even if they ultimately lose the series at least they are there and have something to build on. I think Hornets fans are just beaten down and lack the objectivity to assess the situation. They think we are going to get so much worse if and when we finally change gears. Worse how? We've already been a lottery team for years now. We've already been looking to win our first playoff series in about a quarter century. We already can't get past the play in and in failing to do so we have completely embarrassed ourselves twice looking like we don't even belong. Honestly there is absolutely no excuse for a team like the Magic to be more competitive and successful than us in the playoffs. Absolutely disgusting. But that's just me. I was fuging lit when we got the Hornets back in Charlotte but that is old old news. It's time for these boys to get into a playoff series. Enough is enough. If they can't do it for 2026-27 then they need to make wholesale changes regardless.
    • Not one single pick that is asking me why we drafted a guy in the first place. It was a guy we needed and/or a guy that had certain traits making them stand out. Best of all, I feel everyone we drafted are capable of stepping onto the field this year and have a meaningful role (even Kuwatch on special teams). Obviously, nothing is guaranteed but I'm not seeing any huge flags on guys because they're risky projects or massive overreaches.
