Has Voth changed his opinion of Hardy's future?

The player has to accept. It seems like something the union wouldnt have a big problem with because it keeps the salaries and dues flowing.

I may be thinking outside the box but ...

The mobsters, or whoever controls the gambling could possibly use this to make a lot of money off of getting players removed from teams and changing the outcome of seasons or possibly even a Super Bowl.

I am sure there are a lot of gold digging people that would take a large sum of money to press charges and then disappear into the night.

I am NOT saying that is what happened here, just saying that it could easily happen, with they way some of these players like to party.

And exactly what bullshit are you referring to? All I am doing is not buying nothing as something? You know...pretty much not buying into the bullshit.

For example, you claim the majority of the team is lobbying for him to come back. Voth's piece doesn't claim that. It doesn't even name one person. It suggest at least one team leader may have said something....but even that could be hearsay Voth is running with for what if fun piece.

Hardy is done. That ain't bullshit

Bullshit because you spout off your Opinion like its fact and act like facts are opinions. Guess what? Voth has more connections and his word is better than yours. At this point after losing so many bets your ass might get that. But you don't... Twist and bend all the words you want it will never prove your point because its wrong. You don't know what you're talking about... Now that's no bullshit.

First of all ... why do you have to blow poo up like that. I simply said the NFL would put all pending cases into this.

btw both cases are listed as misdemeanors ... in the eyes of the court both are comparable.

You asked why Bell wasn't on the exempt list...

I answered it simply. That isn't blowing anything up. Inflicting bodily harm on a female is viewed as a more severe crime than putting a substance into your own body. That isn't even getting into the eyes of the court.

Not all misdemeanors or felonies are the same either

I was on the road last week and couldn't check the board out and turns out nothing changed in a week about Hardy....

If Hardy does any community service messages or social media on domestic violence ( and says its bad) - the chances of being a Panther increase. if he remains a petulant child and keeps being a smart ass- the NFL will make it hard on him...since it's a privilege to play, the NFL will drag out the investigation process and suspend him deep into next season- if he doesn't do anything to fix his PR now.

He needs to:

Publicly show remorse

Meet with the front office and TD ( and others) and show that he has learned from his mistakes

Ask for Panthers to take him back at reduced rate

Shut up and get Kraken

then he will have a damn chance at playing next year (it would easiest to return as a Panther), but he needs to get moving on rebuilding his image now or he will be in the Commish's dog house for a long time. Where the hell is Hardy's agent anyways....

Maybe or maybe some people don't deal well with people who have different opinions....

you are acting as if Voth just wrote some earth shattering news that now makes the general assumption Hardy is done now isn't likely......but Voth didn't.

All Voth did was throw a little poo out to get the Hardy crowd stirring again.

I'll repeat my point. Greg Hardy is done in Carolina. Logically following the team and all information provided suggests that. Bill Voth believes Hardy is gone too..and none of that is bullpoo. And no, my opinion won't change unless someone provided an actual REALISTIC argument that makes sense that Hardy had a shot of being here.

Your point? I'm not even sure....you seem to be more about broad poster knocking. If not post something or someone credible that believes/shows Hardy will be a Panther

I dont think the debate is whether it is ethical to bring him back. The question is: Is the defense that much better with him on the field vs what it would look like without him?

Keep in mind this defense was top 5 when they finished the year. Having Hardy would obviously take them to a new level of unprecedented dominance. But would it be necessary given the other contracts we will need to tend to?

I think that's what's going through G-mans head. Everyone knows the suspension was BS.

The defense stat was top 5 but it didn't play like it at all, if we have Hardy we would have true elite defense that can win championship , just look at Seattle game. Our defense is built on the DL and our lack of pass rusher showed up this year

Let me restate my point. You are wrong 90% of the time, I will give you that 10% because no one is always wrong. Both knows more than you and its not him that is selling poo, it is you...

No. In the article Voth addresses his beliefs.

That Hardy most likely won't be here

That Richardson and the FO don't trust him

He again addresses the financial situation

AND states that despite JR and the FO office not trusting him or wanting him JR won't slam doors in someone's face that wanted to plea for Hardy bc he isn't that type owner.....and that is the glimmer of hope Hardy fans have.

All that is in his article. So yeah, per Voth's article he believes Hardy is done. Nothing in life is 100%. So his job was then to find the super small percentage and explain it

So again it's not a fluff piece because he didn't have to write it... unless something has changed in the air and it might not be a forgone conclusion like he thought weeks days and months ago... Obviously Voth wrote this and went on the radio talking about this because he is hearing a different tone than he was before. . Why is it so important to you and others that people shouldn't have hope we can get Hardy back??

My stances are often unpopular....

- signing 2 RBs to fratured deals is a ridiculous idea

- Drafting Cam #1 is a must

- Beason is done and we should draft Luke

- stated people needed to brace for 89 leaving bc they wouldn't put up with his crap as his aged

- James Anderson was a JAG

- Clausen would be an epic fail

- a near 30 Williams was average and not worth his money nor fit the post Fox/Cam era well

Those opinions earned my "hate club". I was wrong as heck about Dwayne Jarrett and Gettlemen.

Ron is really the last topic I dug my heels into.....and I guess that is still up in the air.

So wrong 90% of the time on the few I dig my heels into? Not really. Unpopular? Yes, often they are. But the point of the board is to share opinions in a repsectful manner. And no ones opinion bothers me.

My thing is, why even argue about it.  At this point is just kind of comical that you still have people claiming anything with any surety.  It's not really breaking news that Hardy is more than likely gone, and to be honest it never was.  The more newsworthy story is that there is still a chance----pipe dream or not.

All of this bumping of chests and claiming that Hardy is not going to be here really doesn't mean a thing. And, it's going to mean even less when Hardy is released, and even less if Hardy is retained.

Probably similar to the reason you keep arguing your take on the article. Its the internet and people argue their opinions.
