The reason he is saying this is because due to us having such a low pick already, and the comp picks coming after the original 32 picks in the 5th round, it is almost like a 6th round pick at that point because all of the other teams will have picked in the 5th with their original picks.

I say it because it comes after the 32 teams, or however many are participating in that round, have made their picks.  It's tacked on to the end of the 5th, but comes before the 6th round starts.  Lol, you should let it bother you some more tho...
