I must have missed whatever happened at the Combine. What are they talking about?

Pictures & article are from the combine in February, not last week. Charlie Coggins out of ECU wasn't invited to the combine but he went any way & left his marketing coozies all over where the scouts & team personnel hang out. He stood out enough for Rivera & crew to notice him & now he'll be at the mini-camp this weekend.
