Honestly would rather lose kemba. I like both but Mkg could be an all star if the floor spaces better and he gets more agresive. Already had defensive player of the year vote with al and Marvin on the court alot with him.

the only reason I see why they would trade vonleh is if they think his injury is going to be come an issue. otherwise, it doesnt make sense

Vonleh... 19 years old, 6'10 height, 7'4 wingspan, 9'0 reach, 11" hands, high motor, 2 way player, excellent rebounder, 3 pt range.... In the NBA you must have a superstar to compete. We just traded away the only guy we've had with superstar potential since LJ/Zo. He's gonna be Bosh 2.0 in 3-4 years.

Really raw. Not polished on offense at all. Does not have 3 point range. Has a good stroke that he could eventually gotten good at 3s. Basically he was only going to score by dunking or layups. He had alot of potential. But you are seriously over hyping him.

Yeah I'm still not happy about this trade.   But with both moves made today, we certainly are a lot better instantly.

Batum is a UFA next year I believe and Lamb is a restricted. The trade is a big gamble because if Vonleh becomes a regular Charlotte instantly looses the trade imo.

So we traded Vonleh for 1 year of Batum? What the ef...

Interesting idea. If boogie gets moved to LA for the 2nd pick, I could see us swap al for Rudy gay. They would want an expiring contract to rebuild. Plus they could get jahlil and al could teach him alot. I doubt but I've seen crazier trades. What if they trade the 4 and Rudy gay for big al our 9 and 2nd round pick. They might want to get that expiring contract really bad.
