Your thread IMO, has no merit. You are clearly basing this on speculation. The franchise is the 12th in value. The RIF with the sons of JR are being blown out of proportion. FO knew about Jon Richardson due to his health. Mark Richardsons head and ego were getting too big so pops let it be known that he still owns the team. The team itself does have some question marks but all teams do. If we do have a bad season, I don't think we will, JR will do what needs to be done to improve.

Rebuilding years? Offense is fine just will have to replace Jake and Moose in a year or two. Couple of key defensive acquisitions and the defense will be fine. Dont blow up the team when tweaking it works fine.
