I really feel like if Gettleman keeps drafting well and finding gems and we surround Cam with real weapons then we are in perfect position for a real dynasty team. A team that is favorited to win the SB year in and year out

I really believe this year is the first year that our Super Bowl window is open...maybe just open a crack this year. Had KB not gone down I would say it is wide open this year. We are on a serious roll dating back to last season. I'm pretty confident we are going to make some noise this year, and that starting next year we will be serious, no bullshit contenders for the Super Bowl....and I think that window will stay open for many years after that.

Cam is developing into one of the top QBs in the game, and is only getting better. Rivera is developing into one of the top head coaches in the game. We all know Luke is Luke, and I pray we do everything we can to keep Norman. Add to that all the other studs we have, the cap room we have opening up in the coming years, and our exceptional GM. Things are looking very very positive in Charlotte...and the rest of the league better take notice or get ran the fug over on our way to the top.

I think a dynasty is definitely possible if we can stay healthy this year.  KB s loss hurts us bad but we should be a contender for a long time.

We've got a solid o line. Plus KB will be back with Funchess next year. We'll probably retain Ginn and Philly will have another year of experience.

We've got the best MLB in the game with probably the best NT/UT combo in the league when healthy. Plus Davis and Thompson.

The biggest questions in the next off-season will be; Retaining Norman, Releasing Stewart, restructuring CJ. We'll probably need to take a DE in the top of the draft next year. And we need to continue giving Cam weapons.

 

We have the best young core in the game though no doubt.

I'm not sure about winning 4 or even 1, but Getts is making good moves that give us the ability to contend every year going forward. Luck plays a part in sealing the deal, but the scrappier and deep this team is then the better our chances are at overcoming bad luck

Shula hasn't set the world on fire in the past, but he is much improved this year. Plus, we have won 8 straight games (9-1 in the last 10 counting playoffs). We have a unique offense with a unique QB. I don't think Shula is going anywhere for a long time.
