The reffing was atrocious that game. Don't think i've ever been more upset at refs than in that game.

Boldin was allowed to headbutt munnerlyn the entire game, but munnerlyn would get flagged for even looking at him. 

The refs legitimately gave that game away.

I agree that our playoff game against the 49ers was extremely poorly officiated, but the officials had nothing to do with us not being able to score from the 1 yard line like 10 times.

Should have been the #1 seed that year because we shouldn't have lost to the Hawks at home.  Would have disposed of Brees again, and then been favored to reach the SB, where once there we would have pasted Denver

Goddamnit I get mad thinking about it.  If we beat the 49ers, like we should have, and I think we'd have had a damn good shot against Seattle... a lot more so than we did this past season anyways.  Not saying we'd have beat Seattle, but it'd have been a good one.  We were just flat out a better team at that point than we were when we saw them week 1 that year.

Don't have a single doubt in my mind that we'd have beat the absolute poo out of Denver if we made it to the Super Bowl.  Our pass rush was absolutely ridiculous that year.  Cold weather Peyton + insane pass rush... lol.

If anything, that game should be a reminder to the Panthers. We came into the game hyped up, and the refs knew it and took us out of the game. This Sunday the Panthers will need to keep their composure and take control from opening kick off to last tick. Throttle down score at will.
