What Colts Fans Are Saying

I have to laugh at the X factor Tolbert. I really cant believe there are people on this website who wanted us to cut him. I mean when opposing teams fan's say that he can be an x-factor, thats a pretty safe assumption the guy has game. I'm glad Tolbert has had a healthy off-season and camp, he looks very good and I expect him to produce multiple first downs tonight.

Ah yes... thinking back to the good ole days of training camp and talk of cutting Tolbert, trading Klein, cutting Cotch.  What a fine pickle we'd be in now if many of us were the GM!

I think you mean you're laughing at the fans, not Tolbert. He'll be 30 in 3 weeks though and at some point, not too far out, it'll be time to call it quits or get the pink slip like every player who sticks around too long.

It's weird.  I've been nervous for every single game this season and been feeling uneasy... however for this game it's like I haven't been nervous at all.  No idea what this means.  Think I'm just really confident in this team at this point, hope they bring it tonight.

I am more nervous for this game than I have been for all the others. Something about this feels off. Maybe I'm just overreacting.

how bout the guys who thought we should trade Stewart? because we have the Wegher

WOW!  I don't even want to think about a situation like that.

I wasn't sure about Stewart but I didn't want to trade him.

That makes twice I've been wrong.

But the divorce lawyer took care of the first mistake!!

Stewart's the man!  I hope the field is ok for him tonight!

I still like the idea of getting something for him because lets be real he's not going to be a panther next year unless he takes a big price cut. We have a lot of depth at RB so, the drop off wouldn't be big or at all

    • You bring up a good point on the stability part and i would agree that probably will factor into it. But yes, Tepper does have a strong influence on who stays/goes but I still believe ultimately it'is Morgan, Tilis and Canales who will decide.
    • I can always count on yout to put things so delicately lol. I'm still not sold on the fact that Tepper will make them keep him if they don't see him as a long term answer.
    • holy poo... this thread inspired me to keep trying to guess passwords to various alts I've created over the years and I finally got in! I pretty much accepted my fate as a lurker for the last several months because I could not remember my password. I didn't realize that new users couldn't join either, that explains things. I have been around for years under several different monikers, through the good and bad. I too always find myself coming back here even with all of the new social media options for Panther fan engagement. It's simply nostalgic.   I do get extremely annoyed with the same 5-10 posters shitting on Bryce and complaining about everything. It's unfortunate that half of them are mods and that nobody new can join because now I pretty much just come on here and see Bryce / Panther slander. There is barely any positivity to be had. We all watch this team and hang on this forum for entertainment purposes only. We have no control or say in anything. I used to be such a crazy ass fan that would argue with strangers about Cam newton on the internet and at games. Now, as a father of 3, a business owner and someone with way gnarlier life problems - I like to watch football and talk about football as an escape. Not to bitch more. I really like the direction of the team and will root anyone in a Panthers jersey. I live down the street from the Rams practice facility, Matthew Stafford is currently coaching his daughters flag football team in the same program I coach my sons. I have two highly ranked Rams staff members sons on my team. The way we beat them and had them on the ropes in the playoffs has me feeling amazing, and you would think we have the next great thing in Bryce with the way they all speak of him. I'm gonna ride that high and be a delusional fan, I hope that huddle can stick around or get fixed and perhaps I will get back to posting more now that I can log in again. I will do my best to not get banned. Keep Pounding!
