Some of you may recall during the 2014 Summer, a group of 49er fans crashed the Panther Fan Rally in Greensboro. They called themselves the Triad Niner Empire or some poo and they had their flags and gear and were booing our players.  Well I tend to harbor a grudge and I thought today would be a GREAT opportunity to troll those clowns if you're into that sort of thing. Feel free to drop @9rsNCTriadChptr a Tweet and ask them how they like their new QB.

i'd been wondering about those clowns.

they now have yo gabba gabbert as their QB. just how awesome is that? i saw a headline i didn't click that said that defenders were so unintimidated by peckerneck's passing that they didn't even cover receivers.

This is absolutely hilarious. The guy who the media said in 2013 was better than Cam is being benched for the guy who the media said in 2011 was more worth of a #1 overall pick than Cam, on an absolute dumpster fire of a team.

 

Sweet, sweet irony. How times change.

      The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.

      I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.

      lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
